These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the God Mode Project online course and accompanying community (the “Service”) offered by Mengel Brothers OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) through the website www.godmodeproject.com(the “Website”).

By purchasing or accessing the Service, you (“you”, the “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Service.

2. Service description

2.1. The Service consists of:

• Access to a pre‑recorded online course called “God Mode Project”; and

• Access to an accompanying online community hosted on our chosen platform.

2.2. We may update, modify, or improve the content or structure of the course and community at any time, provided that such changes do not fundamentally deprive you of the core features of the Service you purchased.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Service is intended for consumers (B2C) who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their country of residence.

3.2. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Orders and payment

4.1. Prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already completed.

4.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of order, using the payment methods offered on the Website.

4.3. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation on the checkout page and/or by email.

5. Delivery of digital content and access

5.1. The Service is delivered in digital form only. No physical products will be shipped.

5.2. After successful payment, you will receive access (after pre-order period) to:

• The God Mode Project online course; and

• The accompanying online community,

via login details and/or an access link sent to the email address you provided during purchase.

5.3. Delivery policy.
You expressly agree and acknowledge that:

• The product is considered delivered in full once we have:
  a) granted access to the online course and community to the account associated with your email address; and
  b) sent you a notification (for example, an email) containing the access information;

• Delivery is considered complete regardless of whether you log in, start, or complete the course or access the community.

5.4. It is your responsibility to:

• Provide a valid email address and keep it accessible;

• Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders; and

• Ensure you can access the internet and a compatible device to use the Service.

If you do not receive access details within a reasonable time after payment, you must contact us at [add support email].

6. No refund policy

6.1. All sales are final. No refunds.
Due to the immediate access to digital content and the community, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind;

• Lack of time to follow the course;

• Perceived lack of results or dissatisfaction with the content;

• Failure to log in or use the Service after access has been provided.

6.2. By completing your purchase, you:

• Explicitly agree that all sales are final;

• Explicitly agree that no right of withdrawal / cooling-off period applies after access has been granted to the digital content and community, to the extent permitted by applicable law; and

• Consent to the immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby may lose any statutory withdrawal right you would otherwise have, if and as permitted by the laws of your country.

6.3. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the applicable law.

7. User account and security

7.1. You may be required to create a user account with a username and password to access the Service.

7.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities carried out under your account.

7.3. You must:

• Not share your access with any third party;

• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect account sharing, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

8. Community rules

8.1. Access to the online community is granted solely to paying customers for their personal use.

8.2. In the community, you agree not to:

• Post or share illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content;

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members;

• Promote or solicit illegal activities;

• Spam, advertise, or promote your own products/services without our written consent;

• Share others’ confidential information without their express permission.

8.3. We may, at our sole discretion, remove any content, and suspend or permanently revoke your community access without refund if you violate these rules or applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

9.1. All content included in the God Mode Project course and community, including but not limited to texts, videos, audio, images, graphics, training materials, logos and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Mengel Brothers OÜ or its licensors.

9.2. By purchasing the Service, you are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non‑commercial purposes only.

9.3. You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, record, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display the course content or any part of it;

• Allow non‑purchasing third parties to access the content;

• Use the content to create derivative works, competing products, or services.

10. Availability and maintenance

10.1. We aim to provide continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times without interruption or error.

10.2. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or in case of technical issues. Where reasonably possible, we will try to schedule maintenance to minimize disruption.

10.3. We shall not be liable for any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. hosting outages, internet disruptions, force majeure events).

11. Disclaimer

11.1. The God Mode Project course and community are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

11.2. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the information provided. You should consult appropriate professionals before making any decisions based on the content.

11.3. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or performance from participating in the course or community. Individual results will vary.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mengel Brothers OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or data;

• Any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided in the course or community.

12.2. Where our liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law, it shall in any case be limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim.

12.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Data protection and privacy

13.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our
Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13.2. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your data for the purposes of product delivery and marketing.

14. Term and termination

14.1. Access to the course and community is granted as described on the sales page at the time of purchase (for example, lifetime access or access for a specific duration).

14.2. We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if:

• You seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms;

• You engage in conduct that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to us or other users.

14.3. Termination does not affect any rights and obligations accrued up to the date of termination.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules.

15.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive (or, if consumer law requires, non‑exclusive) jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

16.2. For existing customers, material changes will apply only prospectively. If you continue to use the Service after changes come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
